Root Canal Treatment
Description
Root canal treatment (RCT) is an alternative for extraction. The dead pulp tissue within the pulp chamber and canal will be removed, disinfected and canal will be filled with root filling material made from rubber. However, only teeth with enough tooth structure and not mobile is indicated for root canal treatment to facilitate restoration after RCT.
